ROBINSON LIM BERMEO, JR, or Ben as he is known to many, is the CEO/President of Fil-Power Group and Marketing Corporation. With Ben's over twenty eight years experience in sales and generators, he is quite seasoned in the industry, and is adept at customer trust and professional relation. Starting the company in 2004 with a few handpicked colleagues and friends to join him, he steered the growth of the company leading now to what it is today, with branches covering all over the country. Ben fosters proper work ethics among his team at the same time camaraderie in order to make work enjoyable. He emphasizes trust and credibility, and makes sure to follow through commitments with customers.

Anthony B. Guevara is the Vice President and COO of the company. A graduate of TUP Visayas and started working as Genset technician and then salesman, rising from the ranks, from 1989 to 2003. Founded Fil Power in 2004 with good friend Ben, and is in charge of day to day operations of all branches.
